My holiday at Caloundra (2017)

My adventure to Caloundra along with Irene and Angela started at precisely 8:20am on Monday the 8th of May.On the way there we stopped off at Caboolture for Angela and Irene to grab something to eat and a coffee as well as visiting the restrooms which was a very funny experience due to Angela tying toilet paper around my head to create a hair bow. After leaving Caboolture, which by that time it was raining heavier then when we arrived. Because Irene and Angela were having such a good time talking, we  accidentally missed the turn off to Caloundra, so it then took us slightly then we expected to arrive at our accommodation. Our original plans were to go to Australia zoo, but that was changed due to weather. So instead we made a beeline for our hotel, at the point in time of our arrival at the hotel our room wasn't ready, so we decided to go to a local shopping centre, and there my "shopping spree" began. I brought two egg cups; one being a leopard which I kept for mysel...

Supanova (12th of November 2016)

Image
For this adventure I was accompanied by Julia who was playing the role of my carer, but on the other hand is also my cousin. We travelled to Brisbane on this not so sunny day so I could not only just experience Supanova for the first time, but while we were there I also got to meet the original voice actor of Ash Ketchum, Veronica Taylor, for the first time as well, after waiting around 9 and a half years for the opportunity. Also while we were at Supanova, we bumped into one of my friends, who goes by the name of Adrian. Before proceeding to have a bite to eat, which consisted of hot dogs and watching wrestling. Meeting Veronica was a monumental occasion that will forever be in my heart, because if you don't know, I'm a HUGE Pokemon fan, so this was a dream come true. On our way home there was a thunderstorm, which made Julia a little bummed because she didn't have her camera to capture the storm, as it was in for cleaning. Thanks Stephanie:)        ...

Stephanie and Tegan's Seaworld Travel Adventure (1st of June 2017)

On Thursday I ventured out to Seaworld for the day. We arrived just as the gates were opening. Upon getting into the park, we had our photo taken in front of a green screen, that was later edited to make it look like we had sea creatures around us. After that we went and had a look at the penguins, which included seeing two very cute penguin chicks. From there we moved on to the have a quick look at the Polar Bears, before making our way to the Sea Lion show, which is hilarious, no matter how many times you see it. We then made our way to the 'Affinity' Dolphin Show, and got front row seats for the whole thing! Once the show had concluded we went and had lunch, and then went and had a look at Shark Bay. We were in the underwater viewing area for quite a while, watching all the sea animals move around, it was beautiful. After exiting the Shark Bay area, we walked across to Ray Reef and watched all the rays move around, which can be quite entertaining, especially when they star...

Nearly a Vet Convention (Sunday the 28th of May 2017)

This particular event was stereo-typically focused towards children of a younger age group, then what I currently am. But the reason why I chose to attend was because of my interest in writing. The lady who hosted the convention was named Rebecca Johnson. Although I arrived late to the convention and left a soft toy at home, that I could have taken, to further participate in the convention. Wilma, who is one of my new carers, proceeded by wrapping my head up in a bandage. After ending that part of the convention, I proceeded by purchasing two of Rebecca Johnson's books, which she personally signed for me, which completed my time at the convention. Wilma and I then continued to look around the park and we saw the Dingoes and Jabirus before proceeding to come home, which concluded my Sunday outing.      Thanks, Stephanie :)
